Abstract: Objective To analyze the value of nursing risk management in patients with coronary heart disease compli-cated with diabetes and its effect on quality of life.Methods Clinical data of 92 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes interventional therapy admitted to Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group accord-ing to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented nursing risk management based on the control group.Blood glucose level,quality of life and nursing sat-isfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose level of the observa-tion group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher in four dimensions,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management for patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes inter-vention treatment can achieve better nursing effects,significantly reduce blood glucose levels,improve quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
