Abstract： There are a certain number of anaphylaxis in children in the world every year，and the trend is increasing year by year.Due to the anaphylaxis is sudden and atypical in children，if they are not identified early and handled quickly and correctly，it may pose a serious threat to the health in children.Pediatric medical workers in China still have insufficient understanding and inadequate treatment of anaphylaxis in children.This review summarized the current situation，inducing factors and early treatment measures of anaphylaxis in children，and discussed how to identify anaphylaxis in children early and give them quick and correct treatment，so as to significantly reduce the adverse outcomes caused by anaphylaxis.
