Abstract： Objective:To summarize the blood purification treatment in 25 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning curative effect and nursing care. Methods:conventional treatment based on the application of blood purification in treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning 25 patients (treatment group), and selected from conventional treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in 24 patients as control group. Comparison of the two groups of the cure rate and recovery rate, the total dosage of atropine, intermediate syndrome incidence,respiratory support ratio, average hospitalization days.Results:the cure rate and the improvement rate was higher than that of control group( P<0.05 P ). Two groups of patients in the total dosage of atropine, respiratory support ratio, intermediate syndrome morbidity, no significant difference of average hospitalization days. Conclusion:establish a good vascular access, maintain cardiopulmonary bypass patency, close observation of vital signs in blood purification therapy is a guarantee of success. Blood purification in treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is a safe, effective treatment modality, which can improve the cure rate of the disease.
