Abstract: Empowered by artificial intelligence technology,the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)will also cause a series of legal and ethical issues.In order to follow the concept of"ethics come first before scientific and technological innovation",this article analyzes relevant policies,laws and regulations in the field of TCM.The connotation and current situation of TCM ethics are studied,and the legal and ethical problems that may appear and need to be solved are discussed.Finally,the study emphasizes that legislation should be established addressing fundamental issues such as medical-patient relationship and liability.Ethically,there is a need to enhance ethical approval systems with distinctive characteristics of TCM and to place significant emphasis on researchers'ethical deficiencies.
