Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical significance of drug therapy pathway service for inpatients with hypertension, diabetes and heperlipidemia. Methods 160 patients with diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia who were diagnosed in Yichun People's Hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(80 cases)and the experimental group(80 cases). The control group received routine medication guidance, the experimental group was attended by medical nurses, the clinical pharmacists conducted medication guidance according to the medication treatment path.Evaluate the unreasonable medication intervention in two groups of patients, the compliance rates of blood glucose, blood pressure, and blood lipids, and medication compliance scores. Results The experimental group clinical pharmacists provided 163 pharmaceutical services, including 50 interventions of hypoglycemic drugs,60 interventions of antihypertensive drugs and 53 interventions of lipid-regulating drugs. The unreasonable intervention rate of antihypertensive drugs and lipid-lowering drugs in the experimental group was significantly improved, with statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the unreasonable intervention rate of hypoglycemic drugs and the control group(P>0.05).The blood sugar, blood pressure and blood lipid reached the standard rate in the experimental group and the control group, but the number of cases in the experimental group reached the standard was more, with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the patients used drugs. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists'participation in the implementation of the"Three High Paths"can improve the rationality of medication for patients with chronic diseases, help to improve patients'compliance and promote the compliance of chronic diseases.
