Abstract: Objective To identify the chemical constituents of gynura procumbens.in blood and explore its potential mechanism in the treatment of hyperuricemia by network pharmacology. Methods The blood entry components of rats were identified by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS),and the blood entry components and disease targets were obtained by TCMSP,Swiss Target Prediction and Gene-Cards database. The core targets were screened by STRING database and Cytoscape software, and the PPI network diagram and the"blood entry component-intersection target"diagram were constructed.DAVID platform was used for gene ontology(GO)function enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. Results 24 components were detected,13 core targets,162 biological processes and 86 signaling pathways were screened. Conclusion By acting on the core targets of STAT3,RELA,IL6,PTGS2 and other active components such as quercetin, caffeic acid, rutin, and esculetine,it may regulate cell proliferation, migration and other biological processes,so as to play a synergistic role in the treatment of hyperuricemia.
