Abstract： Objective To investigate the effects of runzao zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine tablets on the degree of skin pruritus and the level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic eczema.Methods 86 patients with chronic eczema treated in Jingdezhen Dermatology Hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups with 43 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with loratadine tablets,and the observation group was treated with runzao zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine tablets,both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,skin pruritus degree,inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the pruritus scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower,and the levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Runzao zhiyang capsules combined with loratadine tablets has a clear effect in the treatment of chronic eczema,which can reduce the degree of skin itch,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and alleviate the inflammatory response of the body,with high application safety and good clinical application effect.
