Abstract： Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tianma gouteng decoction combined with dexzopiclone in the treatment of hypertension with anxiety and sleep disorders and its impact on inflammatory factors in patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperactive liver-yang hypertension accompanied by anxiety and sleep disorders admitted to The Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the study group(n=60)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with dexzopiclone,on the basis of the control group,the study group treated with tianma gouteng decoction.TCM syndrome score,efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PQSI),14-items Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA-14),24 h mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure,morning peak blood pressure and serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndroms in both groups were improved,the scores in the study group were lower,the reduction was larger,and the curative effect was better(P<0.05);PQSI and HAMA-14 scores were decreased in both groups,and the scores in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);24 h mean systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and morning peak blood pressure were decreased in both groups,and the study group patients were lower than the control group(P<0.05);serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β were decreased in both groups,and the study group patients were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma gouteng decoction combined with dexzopiclone can effectively improve the sleep quality and relieve the anxiety of patients with hypertension,anxiety and sleep disorders.
