Abstract: The security management of hospitals is an important part of social governance,but violent incidents occurring in hospitals are endless.In this context,the construction of"medical-police collaboration"mechanism is not only in line with the development trend of the current era,but also occupies an important position in the construction of the entire healthcare system.This paper took Beijing's"medical-police collaboration"mechanism as an example,applied the theory of multi-center governance,through reviewing relevant policy documents and literature,visiting hospitals and local public security organs,deconstructed and analyzed the current"medical-police collaboration"mechanism,summarized its problems,and traced its characteristics,and put forward corresponding improvement paths in terms of theoretical and institutional construction,coordinated construction of the collaboration mechanism,and enhancement of the willingness of the main parties to participate in it.
