Application Analysis of Science and Education Assessment in Community Health Service Centers Based on Regional Health Science and Education Information Management Platform

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To provide reference for the practice of science and education management at the grass-roots level by the assessment of science and education in community health service institutions.METHODS Data of scientific and educational assessment were collected from 47 Community Health Service Centers fropm 2019 to 2021 in Pudong New Area by using information platform.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the total scores of evaluation of science and education from 2019 to 2021(P>0.05),but in 2021 the scores of B-class community health service center were significantly lower than those of the other areas(χ2=6.500,P<0.05).There was significant difference in the average score of community health service center in A-class area between different years(χ2=7.167,P<0.05).The per capita quality control scores between different regions had difference in 2021(χ2=8.187,P<0.05),and the same difference was found in the per capita performance scores(χ2=7.919,P<0.05).CONCLUSION It is helpful to develop the evaluation of science and education in Community Health Service Center with high efficiency and continuity by information science and education assessment system,the analysis of the per capita scientific and educational assessment can better reflect the fairness,then the difference of regional development of science and education should be concerned.
