Abstract： The specific environment of winter sports events and the characteristics of the sports themselves determine that medi-cal security for large winter sports events is a highly specialized organizational task.The Beijing Winter Olympic Games is a grand event for China to host international sports competitions.The holding period coincides with the COVID-19 pandemic,so that the pre-vention and control of infectious diseases will also become an important topic of medical security for future large-scale winter sports games.It introduces a basic model of exploring and establishing a continuous and integrated medical care system of"promotion,prevention,diagnosis,control,treatment,and rehabilitation"in a tertiary hospital,relying on multidisciplinary consultation to pro-vide high-quality care,providing experience reference for large hospitals participating in the Winter Games medical security.
