Abstract： OBJECTIVE To construct the integrity management evaluation index system of secondary pathogenic microbiology laboratory by Delphi method,so as to establish the laboratory integrity management evaluation model.METHODS A total of 150 secondary pathogenic microorganism laboratories in Shanghai Pudong New Area Zhangjiang High-tech Park were selected as the research objects.Through literature review,field investigation and questionnaire consultation with 15 experts in related fields,27 indicators were scored and statistically analyzed after two rounds of consultation,and calculation of the weights of each indicator by the entropy method.RESULTS The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were both 100%,and the authority coefficients of experts in the two rounds were both greater than 8 points.The coordination coefficients of necessity and feasibility in the first round were 0.384 and 0.312.The coordination coefficients of necessity and feasibility in the second round were 0.473 and 0.437.The P value of the coordination coefficient of each index was＜0.01,which was statistically significant.Finally,3 first-level indicators and 27 second-level indicators were constructed.CONCLUSION It is credible and scientific to use Delphi expert consultation method to score the credit management index of secondary pathogenic microorganism laboratory.
