Abstract: OBJECTIVE To tinvestigate the main pollutants in food to find the hidden risks of food safety.METHODS All samples were collected and tested according to the Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan of Qingdao in 2022 and Manual for Chinese National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring.RESULTS In 2022,a total of 980 samples were collected from 8 food categories,with a pass rate of 95.00%.Among them,the qualified rate of chemical pollutants and harmful factors was 90.56%,and the detection rate of foodborne pathogens was 98.01%.CONCLUSION The level of food safety in Qingdao has remained stable and improved,but there are still hidden dangers in food safety,and the more prominent problem is heavy metal pollution in seafood.
