Abstract: OBJECTIVE To understand the infection status of Salmonella among patients with food-borne diseases in Linyi,and to Provide scientific basis for relevant departments to prevent and control food-borne diseases.METHODS Collect the surveillance data of food-borne diseases in Linyi from 2017 to 2023,analyze the patients'age,gender,occupational distribution,seasonal changes of incidence,and clinical manifestations of patients,and conduct serological typing and drug resistance sensitivity tests on the isolated Salmonella.RESULTS From 2017 to 2023,Linyi City collected a total of 3 267 specimens that met the case definition,and detected and isolated 134 strains of Salmonella,with a detection rate of 4.10%.Among them,the detection rate in 2023 was the highest(7.10%).The infection cases mainly occurred in summer and autumn.Eating place mainly occurs in the family;the detection rate of salmonella in 0~6 years old group was the highest(5.75%).The highest inspection rate was found in people who were housework and unemployed(6.03%),followed by children(5.71%).The serotypes of Salmonella were mainly Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis.The number of strains resistant to 3 or more kinds of multiple drug resistance was 107(79.85%).CONCLUSION Relevant departments should continue to do a good job of monitoring and early warning of salmonella diseases,improve the early identification,early warning and control of food safety hazards,so as to reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
