Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a set of competency index system matching with the current community nurses.METHODS The study was based on the competency theory and international association of nurses nurses core competence,holistic health,health-disease continuum and community health promotion model,using literature analysis,thematic group discussion method,semi-structured interview and delphi expert consultation,combining qualitative and quantitative research,build community nurse post competency index system,and used the return method and group to determine the weight of each index.RESULTS After two rounds of expert consultation,the average value of the expert authority coefficient was 0.873,and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.358(χ2=479.279,P<0.01)and 0.545(χ2=654.253,P<0.01),respectively.The final index system included 4 first-level in-dicators,9 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators.CONCLUSION The study has established a post competency index system,which can assess the ability of community nurses in real time and provide reference for community health service institutions in human resource management,medical continuing education and nurse career development.
