Abstract： Glutamate chemical exchange saturation transfer,as a novel magnetic resonance molecular imaging technique,can quantitatively analyze the distribution and change of glutamate content based on the chemical saturation exchange between amine protons and free water protons.This paper focuses on the glutamate chemical exchange saturation transfer imaging prin-ciple and its current application in the nervous system.
