Abstract: A 61-year-old female presented with erythema all over the body for 1 day.The patient was treated with anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody for"pemphigus erythematosus"7 days ago.Clinical manifesta-tions combined with pathology,the diagnosis of urticarial vasculitis was made.The patient was treated with methylprednisolone and loratadine,and the rash gradually subsided after 4 days.Pigmentation spots were seen in the original erythema.The patient was followed up for 8 months,and the rash did not recur.
