Abstract： A 26-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with the initial symptom of erythema multiforme,presenting as generalized edema erythema with some iridoid changes.Antinuclear antibody(ANA)was positive in the patient with a titer of 1∶320,anti-Ro antibody and anti-La antibody were positive.Combined with pathological examination,the diagnosis of Rowell syndrome was made.For young females diag-nosed with erythema multiforme,it is necessary to pay more attention to the combination of SLE,so as to make early diagnosis and treatment,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
