Abstract： Skin organoids are in vitro models equivalent to the structure and function of the skin.Recent study has shown that skin organoids can be applied to investigate the pathogenesis of cutaneous diseases,drug screening,and wound repair.This review aims to summarize current study on the construction of skin or-ganoids,their application on skin diseases and regenerative medicine.
