Abstract: Palmoplantar hyperhidrosis and axillary bromhidrosis significantly impact patients'daily lives and social interactions, potentially leading to anxiety and depression.Botulinum toxin, which selectively targets synaptic transmission to treat high cholinergic activity diseases,is widely used for localized hyperhidrosis and axillary bromhidrosis. It is a safe, effective, and minimally invasive treatment. This review examines the mechanism of botulinum toxin and provides an overview of current treatments for hyperhidrosis and axillary bromhidrosis. It focuses on new needle-free and painless techniques for treating palmoplantar hyperhidrosis and the latest advancements in managing axillary bromhidrosis.
