Abstract: A 32-year-old male had multiple yellowish-white nodules of the scrotum for 8 years. The dermatological examination showed yellowish-white nodules scattered on the surface of the scrotum with varying sizes, the largest of which was about 1.3 cm × 0.8 cm in diameter, partially fused, with smooth surface, clear boundary, tough quality, and no adhesion to the surrounding tissues.Histopathological examination revealed that the epidermis was generally normal,a large number of blue-stained homogeneous amorphous calcification salts were seen in the dermis, with no obvious cystic wall, and peripheral lymphocytic infiltration and scattered multinucleated giant cells are seen. The patient was diagnosed with idiopathic calcinosis cutis of scrotum. The lesion was partly removed, and relapaed 6 months later.
