Abstract: A 17-year-old female presented with vesicular mass on her right shoulder for 2 months.Physical examination showed a 2 cm x 4 cm cystic mass on the lateral side of her right shoulder.A nodule was palpated in the cystic mass.Histopathological examination showed tumor mass in the dermis,which was composed of basophils,shadow cells and calcifications,with hyperplasia of lymphatic vessels and dilated lymphatic vessels.The diagnosis of bullous pilomatricoma was made.The mass was excised surgically.The lesions showed no recurrence during the 2-year follow-up.
