Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of attitude-definition-open mind-planning-try it out(ADOPT)intervention mode on the rehabilitation effect of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 150 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to a certain hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. All the patients were given hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy. The patients in the control group were given conventional care, and the patients in the observation group were given ADOPT mode care in addition to the conventional care. During HBO therapy, the pressurization time was 20 minutes, the pressure was stabilized for 65 minutes, and the depressurization time was 20 minutes. The treatment is administered once a day,for a total of 30 times. The motor function, balance ability, and daily living ability were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 30 treatments. Results:The results showed that after treatment, the experimental group showed significantly greater improvements in motor function, balance ability, and activity of daily living compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). Conclusion:The ADOPT intervention mode can effectively improve the negative emotions in patients receiving HBO therapy, reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the chamber, encourage patients to actively cooperate with rehabilitation treatment, and ultimately improve the recovery outcomes of rehabilitation treatment.
