Abstract： Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles and mediators of intercellular communication.Exosomes have attracted much attention due to their special biological effects and composition.Many studies have shown that exosomes regulate immune response,cell migration,cell differentiation,and tumor invasion.This article focuses on its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging mechanisms,because its complex mechanism can not only be used to eliminate inflammation,but also can reverse the aging of tissues and organs to a certain extent.Its clinical application prospect is very promising,and it can be applied to the brain,skin,heart and other fields,and is expected to solve many difficult and complicated diseases.
