Abstract: Although liposomal doxorubicin is an effective anti-cancer drug,their induced hand foot syndrome(HFS)has a significant impact on the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients.In recent years,in-depth research on its mechanisms and the development of new management strategies have provided new hope for improving the treatment experience of patients.The aim of this study is to explore the mechanism,treatment methods,and the latest progress in future research directions of HFS.
