Clinical significance of VOCs in exhaled gas combined with CT signs in diagnosis of nonsolid pulmonary nodules

Abstract: 目的:分析呼出气体中挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds, VOCs)联合CT征象诊断非实性肺结节的临床意义。方法:收集2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的47例非实性肺结节患者为对象,根据组织病理学,良性结节32例为对照组,恶性结节15例为观察组。患者给予呼出气体中VOCs、CT检查。分析呼出气体中VOCs、CT征象诊断非实性肺结节的性质。结果:CT征象比较,观察组血管集束征9例(60.00%) 、胸膜凹陷征10例(66.67%)、充气支气管征11例(73.33%)高于对照组8例(25.00%),9例(28.12%),12例(37.50%)(P<0.05)。观察组VOCs检出3-甲基戊烷(3-methylpentane)12例(80.00%)、甲苯15例(100.00%)、乙苯14例(93.33%)高于对照组15例(46.88%),24例(75.00%),18例(56.25%)(P<0.05)。呼出气体中VOCs联合CT征象诊断非实性肺结节性质的灵敏度分别为66.67%、73.33%、93.33%,特异度分别为71.88%、75.00%、87.50%,曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.707、0.744、0.876。结论:呼出气体中VOCs联合CT征象对非实性肺结节性质的诊断具有临床意义。
