Abstract： 胸段脊膜膨入胸腔导致的"胸腔积液"是临床的罕见病，与1型神经纤维瘤(neurofibromatosis type 1, NF-1)患者伴脊柱发育不良有关，这类罕见病给临床医生的诊断与治疗带来很多的挑战，诊治过程中可能出现各种危及患者生命的并发症出现.本文收集1例神经纤维瘤伴胸段脊膜膨出误诊为胸腔积液患者临床资料，报告如下。
