Abstract： Different chemotypes of Cinnamomum Camphora have important medicinal values,and also in chemical industry,flavor and fragrance seletion,which is closely related to their rich terpenoids.According to statistics,184 terpenes have been reported in 5 camphor trees,including 94 monoterpenes,88 sesquiterpenes and 2 diterpenes.In addition to 7 common components,there are also 18 cineol types,7 cineol types,27 linalod types,41 bornecol types,and 25 isonerolidol types.The terpenes reported in different chemotypes of Cinnamomum Camphora mainly include monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes,and diterpenes,most showing anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,and anti-flu virus effects.Terpenoids of different chemotypes of Cinnamomum Camphora have attracted much attention.This review summarized terpenoids and their pharmacological activities in different chemotypes of Cinnamomum Camphora in the past 30 years and analyzed;the research and development of terpenoids was discussed to provide reference for further development of chemotypes of Cinnamomum Camphora.
