Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in dog days combined with three nine days in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with lung qi deficiency and cold type.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,90 children with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type were selected and randomly divided into application group,drug group and placebo group,with 30 cases in each group.The na-sal symptom score,nasal sign score and total effective rate of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The scores of nasal symptoms and nasal signs in the application group decreased,which were better than those in the drug group and the placebo group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the applica-tion group was significantly higher than that in the drug group and the placebo group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acu-point application of traditional Chinese medicine in dog days combined with three nine days can significantly improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children with lung qi deficiency and cold type,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
