Abstract: Objective To summarize the clinical features of binocular visual dysfunction and the causes of missed di-agnosis and misdiagnosis in the blinking of children.Methods Analysis of 326 patients wih"Blinking"is the chief com-plain in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 on Clinical data diagnosed as binocular visual dysfunction.Age:2-14 years,215 men,111 women,the ratio of male to female is:2∶1,the duration of the disease from 1 week to 6 years.Results 31 cases were diagnosed with binocular visual dysfunction,accounting for 9.51%of the children with"Blinking".The ratio of men to women:4∶1.Conclusion Binocular dysfunction is one of the main causes of abnormal blinking,Missed diagnosis often occurs when organic diseases accompany ocular abnormalities.The main reason for misdiagnosis is that the ophthalmologists have insufficient understanding of the disease.
