Abstract： Objective To systematically and comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Using personal computer to query the data in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed,Web of science and other databases,and then using NoteExpress software to sort out and screen the data,and using Review Manager 5.3 software for Meta analysis of the data.Retrieval time:database construction so far.A ran-domized controlled trial was included to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Meta-analysis was performed on the total effective rate,total symptom score(TNSS)and eosinophil(EOS)ex-pression level in the included literature.Results A total of five randomized controlled trials were included in this study.The total effective rate of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis[OR=5.25,95％CI:(2.98,9.24),P＜0.00001],total symptom score[MD=-1.51,95％CI:(-2.01,-1.01),P＜0.00001],eosinophil expression level[MD=-5.12,95％CI:(-13.86,3.62),P=0.25].Conclusion Yiqi Wenyang Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis,and the total effective rate of treatment,which has better clinical curative effect.
