Bilateral Adie's pupil:a case report

Abstract： Adie's pupil is an ophthalmic disease characterized by unilateral mydriasis.Bilateral onset is rare in clin-ics.Most of the causes are idiopathic,and there is no effective treatment.Some patients have atypical symptoms or clini-cians have insufficient understanding of the disease,which makes it easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis.A case of bi-lateral Adie's pupil in our hospital is reported.
