Abstract: Retinoschisis is an interlayer separation of the retinal neuroepithelial layer, mainly divided into congenital and acquired types. There are few reports of retinoschisis combined with glaucoma in clinical practice, and there is no de-finitive study on the causal relationship between the two diseases. We report a case of pigmentary glaucoma combined with retinoschisis, aiming to provide clues for further research on the relationship between the two diseases.
