Abstract: RK surgery has been practiced in China for the treatment of refractive errors for 40 years.The patients who underwent RK surgery in the past have now reached the age group with a higher incidence of cataracts..Over time,the number of these patients seeking cataract surgery in hospitals has gradually increased.This report presents the periop-erative management of a case involving corneal wound dehiscence during the surgical procedure for treating cataracts com-bined with post-RK surgery for high myopia,We utilized phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our de-partment.
